A native of Rochester, NY, Ellen has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of software and training products. She started CTI in 1991. Her expertise and niche marketing is helping clients with a consultative and customized approach to their training needs. In 2001, Ellen became president of the Association for Women in Computing (AWC). She is also a member of the professional association PACT.

Leah has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Technology Training fields as a Performance Consultant, Instructional Designer, Trainer, Technical Writer, Business Analyst and Project Manager. Working in a variety of industries for several organizations, both small and Fortune 100 companies, she knows the challenges your organization faces when employees need to change or improve their performance.

2005 brings the end of a three-year elected term as President of the Professional Association of Computer Training (PACT). PACT is a large organization of technology and training professionals representing over 200 Minnesota companies. Leah is also a past Board Member of AWC and a Charter Member of Thomson NETg’s Strategic Solutions Council.
