Examples of some of our project offerings and capabilities include:

• Major bank training rollout—CTI provided over 50 regionally based instructors to train home mortgage specialists, new loan specialists and closers. CTI trained all staff on ACT software, a customer database. Provided project management expertise for a an e-commerce conversion project.
  
  
• Call center developer guides—The Web-based guides will reside as a reference point on the client Intranet for both new hires and more experienced programmers. Additional courseware is being developed on installation procedures. The client goal is to transition the computer training to their in-house technical training department upon completion of the project.
  
  
• Niche training on XML, VML and JAVA software to upgrade the skills of technical staff at several large consulting firms—The advantage to the consulting firm is that the class is customized to particular skill sets needed by their staff. CTI has provided JAVA, C++, Oracle and MiddleWare specialists to the clients.
  
  
• Instructional design, curriculum development, computer training project management, and financial project oversight for a major car rental agency—In addition to writing and delivering instructor-led training, CTI provided a Visual Basic and an Access database contract consultant for the project.
  
  
• Classroom training—CTI has provided classroom training on and off-site for both off-the-shelf software and customer proprietary software.
